Simple Ribbed Crochet Plant Pot Cover
This beginner-friendly project makes a cream ribbed sleeve that fits around a small indoor plant pot. Keep the plant inside its waterproof pot and use the crochet piece as a removable outer sleeve.
Materials

Step-by-step instructions
- Measure the pot. Measure around the widest part of the pot and from the base to the top rim.
- Make a gauge strip. Crochet a small sample in your chosen stitch so you know how many stitches fit around the pot.
- Start the base chain. Chain enough stitches to wrap around the pot with a slight stretch, then join or work flat depending on your preferred method.
- Build the fabric. Work single crochet worked in the back loop until the cover reaches just below the pot rim.
